Granite Mountain Brewing operates a 3-barrel brewery and taproom in historic downtown Prescott. Now serving Arizona wines and locally-produced mead and hard cider. Our brewhouse is on display for all to view in the taproom. Take a seat at our custom-built bar to ogle the tanks or pull up a comfy chair for some relaxation, conversation, or board games. Don't forget the patio - beer always tastes better with fresh air! We are not a full-scale restaurant but serve light fare (see menu below).

 At Granite Mountain Brewing, our focus is producing and serving high-quality craft ales for your delight. However, we want to provide you with equally high-quality small bites to nosh on while you enjoy a pint at our custom bar or on our back patio. Summer sausage, a wedge of sharp Vermont cheddar, fresh apple, house-fermented pickles and whole grain mustard dip. Served with a wedge of our very own spent grain bread.

 GMB Signature Nachos with Beer Cheese Sauce ... $5.00

Our house cheese sauce made with Bradshaw Blonde, cheddar and jack over tortilla chips with black beans, chopped red onion and pickled jalapenos. Add shredded pork for $2.00

Panini of the Week... $6.50

Our sandwich changes weekly. It is grilled panini style and served with chips and a house-fermented pickle.

We serve bread that is baked at Pangaea Bakery using our own beer and the spent grain from our brewing process.
