Granite Mountain Brewing is a grassroots endeavor to bring small batch, artisanal beer to the greater Prescott community. GMB made the transition from  fine home brews to opening a commercial microbrewery and tasting room in August 2012.

We may be the new kids on the Prescott beer scene, but GMB brings ten years of brewing experience to the table. Michael Stanger is the man behind the beer, blending influences from the farmlands of Vermont to the mountains of Alaska, the homelands of Idaho and now the high deserts of Prescott. These environments, communities and travels around the world helped develop Michael's brews to the award-winning beers they've become.

Bradshaw Blonde Ale
With 300+ days of sunshine a year, this style is always in season! Easy-drinking and approachable, this golden ale starts with a soft malty sweetness and light hints of toast and caramel; it's well-balanced and lightly flavored with subtle, earthy hop varieties, finishing with a refreshing smoothness. What's not to love?

Thumb Butte American Brown Ale
An American-style Brown, this beer highlights roasted malt undertones of chocolate and dark caramel, and a nice citrusy Cascade hop character. Born of a style vein pioneered by American home brewers, this bold and hoppy brown is sure to please.

Muddy Wash Milk Stout 
What the best-known stout may have tasted like had Arthur Guinness been born in Vermont. Slightly sweeter than its well-known cousin from Ireland, owing to a lighter hop schedule and the use of un-fermentable milk sugar.
